What We Look For
Terms & Conditions
1) Definitions. “Institute”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to K‑Learning Institute. “Teacher” means the applicant/registrant. “Student” includes parents/guardians seeking tuition. “Activation” means payment of the Teacher Activation fee to initiate matching.
2) Service Scope. We operate a tuition matching and coordination platform. We are not an employer; teachers engage as independent professionals with students/institutions.
3) Eligibility. Applicants must be legally eligible to work as tutors in Nepal and, where applicable, hold relevant academic credentials for the subjects they teach.
4) Application & Contact. Apply via the official Google Form and message your CV on WhatsApp (+977‑9851402725). Calls may not be answered; message only.
5) Activation Fee. A one‑time NRs. 2,000 fee is required to start the matching process. Payment instructions are provided after application review.
6) Matching Timeline. We target delivering at least one suitable tuition opportunity within 7 days of activation, depending on subject demand, location proximity to your nearest landmark, and seasonal factors. Timelines may vary; if not matched within 7 days, we continue matching efforts at no extra cost until a suitable opportunity is available.
7) Acceptance of Tuition. Teachers may accept or decline offers at their discretion. Declines may affect priority for subsequent matches in the same area/subject.
8) Verification. For safety and trust, we may collect and verify identity, education certificates, and prior experience. False information may result in suspension without refund.
9) Conduct. Teachers must maintain professional behavior, punctuality, respectful communication, and compliance with applicable school/board policies (NEB, A‑Level, CBSE, Indian Board, etc.).
10) Fees & Refunds. The activation fee covers processing, verification, and coordination. It is generally non‑refundable after activation. In cases of duplicate charges or platform error, we will review and address appropriately.
11) Payments Between Teacher & Student. Tuition rates and payments are agreed directly between teacher and student/guardian. We may provide guidance but are not a party to the tutoring contract.
12) Safety. For home tuition, teachers and students should meet initially in public or institution premises where feasible and follow safety protocols. Share location with a trusted contact for first visits.
13) Privacy. We handle personal data for matching and communication. By applying, you consent to our use of your data for recruitment, verification, matching, and service improvement. Do not share confidential student data without consent.
14) Communication. Official messaging occurs via the WhatsApp number provided and verified email/phone from your application. Beware of impersonation; we never request sensitive banking PINs/passwords.
15) Platform Changes. We may update these Terms, programs, and processes. The version posted here is current at the time of viewing.
16) Disclaimers. While we strive for timely matches, availability is subject to market demand. We do not guarantee specific earnings, number of students, or outcomes.
17) Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Nepali law and venue.
