TEACHER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


Terms and Conditions for Teachers

1. Equal Treatment of Students: Teachers are required to treat all students equally, with respect and fairness, ensuring that no student is discriminated against on any basis.

2. Commitment to Achieving Excellence: The institution's core motto is to ensure that every student taught by the teacher achieves top grades, specifically A and A+. Teachers are expected to focus on helping students attain these results.

3. Weekly Mock Tests and Evaluation: Teachers must prepare a question paper and conduct a mock test every Saturday. The results should be checked and feedback provided to students by Sunday.

4. Video Recording and Usage: The institution will record teaching sessions and retain these videos for future educational purposes and reference. Teachers consent to these recordings being used by the institution.

5. Clear and Understandable Teaching: Teachers must deliver lessons in a clear, simple, and easy-to-understand manner, ensuring that students can grasp the material effectively.

6. PDF Notes for Students: Teachers are required to provide PDF notes to students. One digital print copy of these notes should also be submitted to the institution's reception representative.

7. Adherence to Schedule: Teachers must strictly follow the assigned schedule. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 3 days in advance.

8. Leave Policy: Teachers must inform the institution of any planned leave at least 3 days prior to the absence. Leave without prior notice is not acceptable.

9. Complaint Policy: If more than 3 student complaints regarding the teacher's performance or behavior are received, the agreement between the teacher and the institution will be revoked, and the teacher will be required to discontinue their services.

10. No Student Recruitment: Teachers are prohibited from encouraging students to leave the institution and join their own classes or services. Any attempt to recruit students for personal gain will lead to legal action.

11. Friendly and Effective Teaching Environment: Teachers must foster a positive and friendly environment, where students feel comfortable. Teaching should be done in a clean, effective, and engaging manner to ensure maximum learning.

12. Virtual Classes: As required, teachers should be prepared to conduct virtual classes. All virtual sessions will be recorded by the institution for future use.

13. Payroll System: The payroll for all teaching staff will be processed and paid on the 7th day of the following month. Any delays in the processing or payment of salaries will be communicated in advance.

By agreeing to these terms, the teacher acknowledges and commits to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and dedication to the institution and its students.
