Steps:
>>First Download VLC media player from the link;
>>Open the Video(which you want to put logo within) in VLC media player;
>>Click to the option No.6 i.e Tools; and click Effects & Filters or Shortcut key Ctrl+E;
>>Then Go to Video Effects and click to Outlay & click Add Logo;
>> Then Click to the three dot sign behind Logo i.e ...
>>Then put your jpg or png logo file to upload for your video;
>>Then maintain the pixel of logo accordingly to the size of your video and also check for opacity of logo;
>>Now its time to put Text file to your Video; You can put text anywhere;
>>Where to put text;
>>Then after Save the video & Close the video;
>>Then Go to playback and Choose the Option Record then Share where-ever you want to make it play.
logo will be all over the video;
